Where can I find my tracking number?
Your tracking number was sent to the email address you provided during the application process. It is a unique identifier that starts with "ART" followed by 4 digits (e.g., ARTXXXX).
How long does each stage of the process take?
The timeline for each stage varies based on the complexity of your application and the valuation of your artwork. Typically, the initial review takes 52 business days, the detailed review takes 2-5 business days, processing takes 1-3 business days, and the final decision is made within 1-2 business days.
What happens if additional information is needed?
If our team needs additional information to process your application, we will contact you directly via email or phone. The status in the tracking system will remain at the current stage until the required information is received and processed.
Can I modify my application after submission?
Minor modifications can be made during the review stage by contacting our support team. For significant changes, we may recommend withdrawing your current application and submitting a new one.
